Rules and Regulations

1. Participation:
Individual Event: This competition is for individual participants only.
Eligibility: Open to all students with an interest in digital art.
No Changes: Once the event begins, no participant substitutions or changes are allowed.
2. Theme and Content:
Theme: The futuristic theme will be revealed at the start of the competition.
Adherence to Theme: Participants must create artwork based on the provided theme. Off-theme submissions will be disqualified.
Originality: All content must be original. Any plagiarism or use of unlicensed material will lead to disqualification.
3. Tools and Editing:
Design Tool: Only Microsoft Paint is allowed for creating the digital art.
External Assistance: Use of external tools, templates, or third-party assistance is strictly prohibited.
Special Effects: Participants are encouraged to use creative techniques within Paint but should avoid overly complex edits that go beyond the scope of the tool.
4. Submission Guidelines:
Late Submissions: Artwork submitted after the deadline will not be considered unless prior approval is granted due to technical issues.
5. Judging Criteria:
Creativity and Originality: How unique and imaginative the artwork is.
Theme Interpretation: How well the artwork aligns with and represents the futuristic theme.
Aesthetic Appeal: The overall visual impact and design quality.
6. Disqualification:
Malpractice: Any form of plagiarism, cheating, or rule-breaking will result in immediate disqualification.
External Tools: Use of software other than Microsoft Paint is strictly prohibited and will lead to disqualification.
Behavior: Participants engaging in disruptive behavior or violating the event’s code of conduct may be disqualified.
7. Final Decision:
The decisions of the judging panel are final and binding. No appeals or objections will be entertained.
